RETURNS

If you wish to return something that you purchased online at www.fragrancesunlimited.co.za because you are not content with what you’ve purchased, you can do so by sending the selected item back to our online shop, together with your invoice, and your credit card / account will be refunded with the appropriate amount. Please note that in this eventuality, the cost of couriering the product back to our online shop is covered by the purchaser. (Returns should be done via courier to our offices and not the post office.) Returned items must still be unused and sealed in its original packaging.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If you wish to return something that you purchased online at www.fragrancesunlimited.co.za because the item you received is either damaged, or not what you ordered, you can do so by sending an email to info@fragrancesunlimited.co.za and request Utoor Trading cc T/A Fragrances Unlimited to collect the purchase in question. Utoor Trading cc T/A Fragrances Unlimited will send the courier to collect the damaged/incorrect product, at the company’s own cost, and resend you the faultless/correct product in return. This would only be done once we inspect the item and asses the fault.

Order cancellation policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, we will cancel your order and process a full refund.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be processed as a return (should you no longer want the items.)
